The diode inside the circuit is located so that current can flow from the gadget to the peripheral devices, but not vice versa. Only 4 wires come from the gadget, instead of 5 provided by the OTG specification. Therefore, the Sence/ID line switching is not provided in principle. The Chinese, as usual, cannot properly describe the modes of operation of this adapter, since they probably do not understand themselves. I took the adapter so that you can charge your tablet without constantly overloading the charging and external devices and without crushing the micro USB connector of your tablet, but this is not the case .
